“During my career at Birchbox I have been lucky enough to design more than 80 designs. This has meant that every month I have had to meet a challenge, learn, work and analyze the different themes and be able to carry them out. Defending different strategies with stakeholders, getting to know the partner in depth to know what the common objective was, or dealing with suppliers every time we had a different format and thanks to this I was able to develop the agility to be able to change the focus from campaign to campaign.”
